Το πρωινό είναι το πιο βασικό γεύμα της ημέρας και στο ξενοδοχείο Delice Hotel & Family Apartments σερβίρεται καθημερινά από τις 07:30 π.μ. έως τις 10:30 π.μ. Στο μπουφέ προσφέρονται φρέσκα αρτοσκευάσματα από φούρνο της γειτονιάς, τα οποία αξίζει να τα συνοδεύσει κανείς με βούτυρο ή μαργαρίνη, παραδοσιακές ελληνικές μαρμελάδες, μέλι ανθέων, πραλίνα ελληνικής προέλευσης αλλά και ποικιλία τυριών και αλλαντικών.
Οι φιλοξενούμενοι μπορούν να απολαύσουν φρεσκοστυμμένο χυμό πορτοκάλι, αγελαδινό γιαούρτι και γάλα από τον Όλυμπο όπως και ελιές Καλαμών. Από τον μπουφέ δεν λείπουν τα δημητριακά, τα φρέσκα αυγά και ο μυρωδάτος καφές φίλτρου.

The breakfast of Cotommatae 1810 includes a wide selection of homemade dishes inspired by the Greek gastronomic tradition with the use of fresh local ingredients. Bakery products comprise of fresh breads, handmade cinnamon and orange cookies, Greek rusks and homemade cake. Fresh fruits from Ermioni are on offer, as well as fresh orange juice, cheeses (feta and gruyere) from the wider region and yoghurt. Guests may also try the fresh local eggs (boiled, fried and omelet). There are handmade pies (cheese, spinach, zucchini, and jams (fig, orange, strawberry and apricot). There is also fresh honey from the region of Mani, local spoon sweet and local “amygdalota” (almond macaroon), the traditional sweet of Hydra. Finally, cold cuts, olives and olive oil, a variety of cereals, herbal teas (linden, chamomile and mountain tea) as well as fragrant Greek coffee complement a healthy Greek breakfast.

The breakfast buffet at Crystal City Hotel comprises hot and cold dishes cooked with selected Greek ingredients. There is a wide assortment of beverages including Greek coffee and milk, fresh bread (white, wholewheat and toasted), croissants, biscuits and homemade cakes, as well as Greek cheeses and cold cuts. Greek honey, jams and marmalades, spoon sweets such as cherry and quince, are also on offer. The vegetable section features olives, cucumber, sliced tomatoes and fresh seasonal fruits. As for hot dishes, there are boiled and fried eggs, omelettes, sausages and cheese pastries.

The breakfast buffet features a wide selection of international and local dishes using Greek ingredients. To start off, there is Greek and other coffee varieties, fresh juices, fresh milk and yoghurt. Vegetables and olives, fresh fruits, fruit salads are available, as well as fruit compote, cereals and a variety of dried fruit (dates, plums and apricots). Bakery products include a choice of breads and cakes, homemade apple pie, custard phyllo pastry (bougatsa) and two types of cookies. Guests may choose among three types of jams, flower honey, spoon sweets, tahini and hazelnut praline. Also served: traditional pies (with myzithra cheese, spinach, wild greens), eggs cooked in a variety of ways such as “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs and tomato). The “Cretan corner” features “skaltsounia” with nuts, honey and sugar, traditional pies, “dakos” rusks, yoghurt pie and cheese with honey.The healthy options include wholewheat bread rolls and rusks, anise biscuits and bread sticks as well as low fat products. Other dishes cater for special dietary needs (diabetic, gluten free, fructose jam, cakes with natural fibres etc.)
The desserts section features “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), dairy creams in various flavours, “pasteli” (sesame with honey sweet) and “Florentines” (almond honey biscuits).

The breakfast at Coco-Mat Hotel Nafsika offers traditional Greek products cooked with traditional recipes. Various types of bread (white, wholemeal and multi grain) and rusks can be enjoyed with spreads like Greek honey, Greek praline spread and homemade jams, together with freshly squeezed orange juice from Laconia oranges. The organic eggs are cooked to order. The dairy selections feature fresh butter, traditional sheep’s yoghurt, a platter of cheeses (gruyere from Naxos, kasseri and feta, anthotyro) and there is of course a platter of cold cuts (smoked turkey, “syglino” (cured pork) from Kalamata and prosciutto from Evritania). Guests will appreciate the selection of homemade pies (cheese pies, spinach pies or mushroom pies). There are also home made sweets such as syrupy semolina cake “ravani”, milk pie, apple pie, walnut pie, semolina pudding “halva”, creamy custard pie “galaktoboureko”, dried nuts (walnuts, raisins, figs and plums) and a variety of cakes. Last but not least, there is also fruit salad and seasonal fruits, homemade spoon sweets, coffee, mountain tea and other Greek herbal teas (mint, sage, “diktamo”).

Using only the best Greek ingredients, the hotel’s breakfast puts emphasis on the Mediterranean diet with natural flavours. Many types of freshly baked breads are on offer. Bakery items also include pies with traditional handmade “phyllo” dough, made with virgin olive oil, fresh herbs and greens; they are a must try. The jams are made on the premises with fresh Greek seasonal fruits and Greek honey is also available. Olives and Cretan virgin olive oil, fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products and cheeses, cakes with olive oil, fresh sesame ring buns, “bougatsa” (custard pie), and “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) with cinnamon comprise a true Greek feast. Herbal teas (sage, chamomile, mountain tea, saffron from Kozani) and freshly made Greek coffee wake up the senses and provide guests with enough energy to start a busy day.

A rich breakfast buffet is served daily at Best Western Pythagorion. Guests have the opportunity to try some Greek specialities and taste the local flavors. There is fresh eggs and bread, traditional jams and spoon sweets from the Peloponnese, Greek strained yoghurt, thyme honey, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, fresh vegetables as well as a variety of Greek picked vegetables and fresh orange juice throughout the day.

At Brasil Suites the healthy breakfast is based on the principles of Mediterranean diet, offering guests a variety of Greek flavors. There is fresh juice from sweet oranges, a wide selection of seasonal fruits, various jams and spoon sweets. Baked vegetables such as eggplants, zucchini and peppers are seasoned with olive oil and oregano. As for dairy produce, apart from Greek cheeses like feta, “anthotyro” and gruyere, there is a selection of yoghurts to suit all tastes. Dried nuts (raisins, walnuts and sun flower seeds) are paired with honey and Greek halva. The rye, wholewheat or multigrain bread goes perfectly with cherry tomatoes and Kalamata type olives. Last but not least, one should taste traditional pies made with fresh ingredients such as spinach, leeks and greens.

The breakfast at Bratsera aims to showcase the gastronomic treasures of Greece. Its bread basket has a great variety (fresh multigrain bread, whole wheat, white village style, bread rolls from carob flour, ring bun with sesame, bread sticks, rye loaf etc.) Homemade pies are a must: spinach pies, cheese pies, chicken pies, small Cretan pies with “myzithra” cheese and Cretan pies with wild greens as well as the traditional sweet custard “bougatsa” pie. Eggs, omelettes, tarts and a selection of Greek cheeses and cold cuts comprise the savory flavors of the buffet.
The chef recommends homemade sweets: orange cookies, oat biscuits, cakes, apple pie, “pasta flora” jam tart and the delicious orange pie. The semolina pudding (halva) is filled with raisins and almonds and there is also a walnut pie with chocolate. Garden fruits are used for the homemade jams. For fans of a healthier diet there is yoghurt, thyme honey, tahini, dried and fresh fruit, walnuts, cereals, fresh fruit salad. Last but not least, one should try the “amygdalota” (sugar coated almond macaroons) of Hydra.

A breakfast buffet is served daily at the Best Western Museum hotel restaurant. Among other dishes, guests may enjoy a Greek breakfast full of traditional delicacies and specialty regional dishes.
Straight from the neighbourhood bakery comes the fresh sweet egg bread (tsoureki), which goes perfectly with pure thyme honey or honey with saffron and traditional jams and marmalades from the Peloponnese. Alternatively, spoon sweets from the same region come in a variety of flavours such as sour cherry and grape. Dairy products include traditional strained yoghurt and feta cheese paired with famous Calamata olives. An assortment of fresh vegetables and fruits, mini cheese pies, fresh eggs are also on offer. Other breakfast items include cereals, whole wheat bread, cakes, omelettes, sausages, a variety of cured meats and various beverages.

The Avantis Suites serves a wide selection of traditional dishes at breakfast. There are various bread products, bread sticks, cheese bread, raisin bread and olive bread. Guests may try various jams, pure honey, spoon sweets (such as quince, sour cherry, carrot and grape, peach) and mixed compotes. As for juices, there is orange, sour cherry, peach and mixed. Coffee is paired with biscuits as well as “moustokouloura” (cookies with grape must). There is a wide selection of cheeses and cold cuts. Hot dishes include omelet, boiled and fried eggs, spinach and cheese pie, cheese pie, pie with wild greens, chicken pie, potato pie, zucchini pie, mushroom pie, pie with minced meat, and sausages. As for sweets, there are “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), tarts, “tiganites” (pancakes), various cakes, pasta flora jam tart, “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), dairy creams, mini “bougatsa” pies with cream and semolina pudding (halva).
