9 eggs
9 tablespoons sugar
9 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
9 tablespoons breadcrumbs or rusk
2 tablespoons fine semolina
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons cinnamon
1 Pinch of powder

2 vanilla powder

For the syrup
3 cups water-2½ cups sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 orange peel
1 vanilla powder

For the pudding
11/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
2 vanilla powder
3 glasses fresh milk
2 cups whipped cream

Spatula

In a saucepan, add all the ingredients for the pudding, except the whipped cream, stir in the saucepan during boiling, until the mixture has thickened. Let it cool add the 2 cups whipped cream and softly stir. Beat the egg whites to meringue. Beat the sugar and eggs yolks separately. Mix the solid ingredients sugar, breadcrumbs, semolina, baking powder, walnuts, cinnamon, orange peel and vanilla powder, add first sugar and eggs yolks and then the meringue.

Butter baking tray and bake the mixture in a preheated oven at 175oC for about 45 ́. Remove from oven and let it cool. Then, sprinkle the cold cake with the hot syrup. As soon as the spatula has cooled down, add the cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and ground walnuts. Place the spatoula in the fridge for a few hours and then serve.
For the syrup: boil all the ingredients together for 5 ‘-7 ́.
