Roumeliotiki eggpie (cheese pie with eggs)

6 eggs
300 gr Parnassos feta
350 ml milk
1 packet phyllo dough
6 tablespoons olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper

Roumeliotiki eggpie (cheese pie with eggs)

In a bowl grate the eggs, cheeses, milk and add the freshly ground pepper. Take a large baking pan and grease with a little olive oil. Place 2 of the filo pastry sheets on the baking pan after drizzling a few drops of olive oil between them, put 2 more filo. Pour half of the cheese mixture and continue with the same pattern until the ingredients are exhausted. Cover the pie with the last filo pastry sheet and drizzle it with a little olive oil and engrave the surface of pie.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180C for 40 minutes.
