Breakfast at the City hotel includes many Greek products from Northern Greece. It is served in the Green Bar so guests can feel the heartbeat of the city while they enjoy traditional delicacies. The buffet includes Thessaloniki sesame bun (koulouri), handmade spoon sweets, cream-filled “bougatsa” pie, honey from Sithonia, tahini spread, extra virgin olive oil, olives from Chalkidiki, tea from Cholomonta, fresh fruit compotes, feta cheese, village style sausages and eggs.

The Chris & Eve Mansion Hotel serves a wide selection of traditional delicacies with local ingredients such as fresh “Rodopi” milk, yoghurt, jams, local honey, orange juice and peach compote. A selection of cold cuts and feta from Evros are also available.
Guests may also try dried fruits, tomatoes from Crete, Kalamata olives, and village eggs (boiled, fried, omelet). Last, but not least, there is cheese pie and chicken pie as well as homemade cakes. Beverages include various kinds of coffee, tea and chocolate.

The breakfast buffet at Hotel Chloe features a wide selection of bakery items, eggs, yoghurt, fresh and dried fruits. There is a platter of cheeses, feta or the traditional “vigla”, and cold cuts. The handmade pies with ingredients like spinach, cheese, mushrooms and Florina peppers, are worth trying. Various freshly baked cakes are also on offer, as well as a selection of jams and handmade sweets, such as “mosaic” with biscuits and chocolate, walnut pie, “revani” (syrupy semolina cake) halva with orange, apple pie and syrupy “saragli”. Beverages include coffees, like traditionally brewed Greek coffee, milk, orange juice and herbal teas.

The Chios Chandris serves a wide selection of Greek traditional delicacies. There is a vast selection of breads, “tsoureki” (sweet bread) with mastic, and cakes. There are also omelettes, various sausages, boiled and fried eggs, bacon, mushrooms and cheese pie. Also offered is a selection of cold cuts and cheeses such as “mastelo” (local cheese of Chios), feta, “anthotyro” from Chios and “kefalotyri”. Fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, compotes, dried plums and apricots are on offer. We also serve various jams from Chios, local honey and tangerine spread from the island. As for sweets there is “bougatsa” (custard pie), semolina pudding (halva), spoon sweets, tahini, and sesame halva. There is also milk, yoghurt, cereals, margarine, butter, orange juice from Chios, sour cherry, tea and coffee.

The breakfast buffet greets guests with an abundance of Greek traditional foods based on local ingredients. Next to the beverage selection (milk, juice and tea), there are fresh fruits and vegetables as well as an assortment of breads. The feta cheese is from Klisoura and there is also fresh yoghurt, local honey and jams made with local fruits. Standout dishes are the “piroski”, a delicacy from Pontos with dough filled with potato or cheese, eggs “kagiana” style, cooked with tomato and “feta” and traditional hot soups, served during the winter. The sweets include “bougatsa” (custard pie with phyllo), fruit cake, apple pie with apples from Milochori, “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), semolina pudding (halva) with dried nuts, milk pie, “loukoumia giaglidika” with cinnamon, sugar and raisins, and “laggites” from Thrace, with honey or sugar and cinnamon.

The Greek breakfast buffet serves fresh breads, biscuits, cakes and cookies, paired with homemade jams and compotes, local honey, yoghurt, fresh butter, milk and eggs cooked in front of the guests. There are also freshly cut fruits and fruit salads, fresh juices and spoon sweets, local cold cuts and cheeses. The Greek and Cretan recipes include pies (“kalitsounia”, “sfakiani”, traditional cheese pie), “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), creams, “dakos” rusk and black eyed peas salad. All kinds of beverages, coffees, Greek coffee traditionally brewed and tea in various flavors, including “malotira” (Cretan mountain tea) and marjoram, complement the hotel’s breakfast.

The Greek breakfast buffet at the Cavos starts with bread, anise rusks and cookies from the neighborhood bakeries. Dried nuts go perfectly well with milk from Tinos; honey, tahini and handmade marmalades, yoghurt with spoon sweets and “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), are some of the traditional breakfast delicacies. Guests will also find cake, “fanouropita” pie, milk pie and apple pie made on the premises. Chickpea or potato salad made with a traditional recipe, cheese and butter, cold cuts including the well known “louza” of Tinos are also served. Drinks like homemade lemonade and beverages from Greek herbs, as well as Greek coffee, are a perfect ending to the first meal of the day.

The breakfast buffet features a wide selection of delicacies from Greece and Zakynthos. The hotel pays particular attention to the quality of the ingredients and presentation of the dishes. Guests will find bread and bakery products, cakes, biscuits, traditional rusks as well as dairy products, yoghurt, cheeses and sweets such as spoon sweets, “pasteli” (sesame and honey bar) and traditional “fitoura”.

The Cretan diet is highlighted through a selection of dishes and beverages at the breakfast buffet of the Castro Beach Hotel. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy a selection of local delicacies, sweet or savory. There is yoghurt with thyme honey, “kaltsounia” (with “myzithra” cheese, “anthotyro” cheese or spinach), “ladokouloura” (cookies with olive oil), “dakos” (made with local barley rusks), “boureki”, omelettes with village style sausages or “apaki” smoked pork, and sweet or savory “bougatsa” pie. All dishes are prepared by the Chef and his team with top quality ingredients and Cretan virgin olive oil.

Some of the traditional flavours of Astypalea served at the breakfast buffer of the Castillo hotel are “Pouggi” (pouch) with local cheese, honey, saffron of Astypalea, the “labropita” pie, “kitrinokouloura” (yellow cookies), handmade jams, cakes, “paksimadoto” bread and Greek coffee brewed the traditional way.

Breakfast at the Castello Village is based on quality Greek traditional products. Some traditional dishes served are: bread with olives and tomatoes, “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomato and feta cheese), cheese pies of Sfakia, “sarikopitakia” pies, “dakos” (rusks with tomato, olive oil and feta, caper and olives), a selection of cheeses (“manouri”, feta, “myzithra” etc), spinach pies and cheese pies with “myzithra” cheese.

The Greek breakfast at the hotel puts emphasis on local dairy produce such as Cretan cheeses (“myzithra”, feta, “kefalotyri”, gruyere) and yoghurt. There are also fresh fruits and a corner where eggs and omelettes are cooked. Guests will find a selection of bread, rusks, honey, jams, walnuts and carob honey. During the “Wellness Week”, which is organised regularly, there is a “Wellness Corner” with nutritious delicacies cooked with locally produced ingredients such as homemade breads, biscuits, buns and bread made with carob flour and “aronia” (black chokeberry).
