The Petrino Suites is a traditional, family run boutique hotel in Afitos, Chalkidiki. It is characterised by a tranquil and charming environment with excellent cuisine that will satisfy any demanding guest. The hotel has a childrens playground, swimming pool and a private beach.
The Greek breakfast at Petrino Suites includes various bread products from a local supplier, fresh fruits, juices, fruit salads and vegetables from regional producers. There are three types of cheeses from Greece, yoghurt, butter and buttermilk of Macedonia. Guests should taste the homemade “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) and homemade pies such as cheese pie, “bougatsa” with cream or cheese. There are also dried fruits, eggs, cold cuts, honey, tahini spread and “pasteli” (honey and sesame bar), local sweets from Northern Chalkidiki and traditional, homemade jams.
The breakfast buffet is complete with a selection of beverages (herbal teas and Greek coffee brewed the traditional way) “tiganites” (pancakes), “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), semolina pudding (halva), cookies, homemade cake, spoon sweets and dried nuts.
