Built in front of the sea and in line with the traditional architecture, the Naousa hotel on Paros consists of rooms and apartments built by local craftsmen and decorated with works by local artists. It offers all the comforts of a luxury hotel combined with the warmth of traditional hospitality. The buildings feature a large garden and sea views. Trips to nearby islands are often organized, as well as cooking nights where guests are welcome to participate.
The traditional breakfast is served under the pergola. Fresh bread, cake and cookies made by the hostess, are accompanied by fresh fruits and juices from the hotel garden (apricots and pears). There are also cheeses, local eggs, cold cuts from Mykonos, honey of Paros and homemade jams. Guests may also try olives and oil from Zakynthos, fresh butter and beverages from local herbs (linden, marjoram), homemade yoghurt and dessert (made of yoghurt, lemon and almonds.)
