The Liotopi hotel is named after the Liotopi peninsula, which is situated in the southeast of Olympiada, in Chalkidiki. The hotel has 16 rooms, individually styled and appointed, providing the ideal place for guests wishing to experience tranquility, authenticity and simplicity.
The Liotopi hotel serves breakfast in a beautiful garden next to the sea. The buffet comprises of local products and the homemade delicacies are not the same every day. Some basic staples of the breakfast table are: breads rolls with walnuts and honey, mastic flavored cookies, scrambled eggs “strapatsada” style, feta cheese in phyllo pocket with fig syrup (“sykomaidas”), fresh fruit salads, yoghurt with cereals and dried fruits accompanied by spoon sweets. There are also cheese pies, “debelopita” pie, apple pie, “neroulopita”, and small pies with greens. Some excellent products include organic goat’s cheese, excellent quality cold cuts from Drama, fresh regional fruits and vegetables from local producers. Homemade jams and sweets are prepared on an annual basis with unusual combinations like tomato and apple, peach and melon. No wonder guests love the jams varieties. There is also excellent honey, local Greek coffee, milk and yoghurt from Northern Greece and herbal infusions from the local mountains.
