A variety of Greek traditional products is offered at breakfast. Jams, pure honey, olives, steaming porridge with “trahana” pasta and cream-filled “bougatsa” will greet guests. The breakfast buffet includes fresh bread, bread sticks, homemade cookies, “tsoureki” (sweet bread), cheese bread, olive bread, fried buns, onion buns and pancakes. There are also fresh fruits, orange juice, fruit salad, and vegetables. Cheeses include feta, “kaseri”, “katiki” from Domokos, “galotyri”, and there is also traditional yoghurt and butter. Eggs from free range hens, are served boiled, omelet, “strapatsada” (scrambled with tomato), paired with cold cuts and local sausages “spetzofai”. Pies include zucchini and cheese pie, peppers pie, leeks and meat pie, pie with greens and “twisted” fried cheese pie. Desserts like various spoon sweets, “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), cream, “diples” (fritters with honey), walnut pie, orange pie, apple pie, lemon pie, hazelnut pie, milk pie, sweet pumpkin pie, traditional holiday sweets etc. are highly recommended.
