The Frontzou Politia Hotel offers stunning views to the city and lake of Ioannina. The hotel combines minimalism and luxury in an ideal way. The hotel has eight double rooms, one double junior suite and three suites with four beds. Nine of the rooms have a fireplace. There is a Greek restaurant, a caf?, fully equipped conference halls and childrens playground.
The Greek breakfast buffet with traditional local products has freshly baked bread, handmade cake and biscuits, cereals, homemade jams, honey from Tzoumerka, yoghurt and local milk as well as eggs from the village. Guests may try a wide selection of local cheeses: (feta, “manouri”, gruyere, “kefalograviera”, “metsovone”) paired with cold cuts and olives. The traditional pies hold a prominent place: “zymaropita”, milk pie and cabbage pie. There are also fresh and dried fruits and nuts, as well as homemade sweets such as walnut pie, apple pie, “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), spoon sweets, baklava of Ioannina and the “loukoumi” (Turkish delight). Beverages include a variety of coffees, mountain tea, hot “salepi” and “”rakomelo” while there is a selection of teas from around the world.
