For starters there are various types of fresh bread, homemade apricot and green apple jam from the family garden, ryzogalo”” (rice pudding) made with fresh milk of the day, as well as hotel produced olives and vegetables. There is also freshly baked traditional bread with cheese, bread with olives, and various cakes. Guests will also find local spoon sweets, homemade pizza and fresh fruits. The “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), the “tyroloukoumades” (cheese dumplings) and the traditional “tiganites” (pancakes), made with fresh materials from the family farm and flower honey from the wild flowers of Olympus, are highly recommended. There are also dishes suitable for people with various food intolerances e.g. the “bobota” (made with corn flour and wild greens, or bread made with cornstarch etc.)
