The breakfast buffet includes a wide selection of local products such as fresh bread from the traditional village bakery, homemade jams, honey from Meteora, traditional cookies and cookies with grape must (“moustokouloura”). Special dishes include saut?ed mushrooms, black eyed bean salad, local sausages, hot “trahanas” soup (with traditional pasta), split peas, home produced olive oil and a selection of cold cuts. For dessert there is traditional “loukoumi” (Turkish delight) and semolina pudding (“halva”).
