Οι επισκέπτες του ξενοδοχείου «Λαλάρια» απολαμβάνουν καθημερινά τον ελληνικό πρωινό μπουφέ στον υπαίθριο χώρο του μπαρ με θέα στην πισίνα.

Οι ποικιλίες αρτοσκευασμάτων από τον τοπικό φούρνο συνδυάζονται με τις πίτες και γλυκίσματα από την γιαγιά Μηλίτσα, ελληνικά τυριά και αλλαντικά, φρέσκα φρούτα και σαλάτες εποχής, ελιές και άφθονες παρασκευές αυγών.

Επίσης, από το πρωινό δεν λείπουν το στραγγιστό γιαούρτι, το πλήρες γάλα , τα δημητριακά, ο φυσικός χυμός πορτοκάλι, το ελληνικό μέλι και οι μαρμελάδες όλων των ειδών. Στα ροφήματα κυριαρχεί ο ελληνικός καφές, ενώ το ξενοδοχείο προμηθεύεται από το τοπικό παντοπωλείο «Έργον», φρέσκο χαλβά Σκοπέλου και το φημισμένο γλυκό του κουταλιού δαμάσκηνο. Στις ανέσεις του πρωινού συμπεριλαμβάνεται ακόμη, η δυνατότητα σερβιρίσματος σε διαμορφωμένη αίθουσα πρωινού με θέα στον κήπο για τις πιο βροχερές ή κρύες ημέρες.

Every morning, delicious smells drift through the hotel as the lavish buffet is prepared, full of the flavours and aromas from the Pelion mountain region.

Our guests enjoy their breakfast next to the fireplace in winter, or out in the square under the ancient plane trees, next to the running waters from the mountain springs in summer, starting their day happy and full of energy.

Breakfast is served daily, with fresh seasonal fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice, yoghurt and local cheeses from the Thessaly region.
Seasonal vegetables and eggs come from our farm. Marmalades, jams and spoon sweets (preserved fruit) are homemade by us with extra loving care from locally sourced fresh fruit. Our breakfasts feature traditional local flavours.

Pride of place goes to our pies made with homemade phyllo pastry, sausages, fresh milk curd cheese (galotiri), cheese and olive flatbreads, Greek scrambled eggs with tomato and feta (strapatsada), rice pudding, crushed wheat and buttermilk soup (trahanas) in winter, honey donuts, pancakes, honeycomb, semolina cake (halvas), apple pie and all of them are accompanied of course by Greek coffee brewed in traditional metal coffee pots (briki) and teas from local herbals.

The rich breakfast is based on fresh and pure local ingredients, featuring traditional dishes from Skiathos and Greece in general. For starters there is milk, local strained yoghurt combined with honey and walnuts, fresh fruits, compotes or homemade spoon sweets. There is a selection of breads, rusks and toasts, “tsoureki” (sweet bread), cakes and pies as well as “plakopites” (pies).
The cheese section features the local “galotyri”, gruyere from Naxos, smoked cheese from Metsovo, “anthotyro”, “kasseri”, “manouri”, feta and goat’s cheese. The local delicious “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), flavored with mastic and raisins, the semolina pudding (halva) and the local “chaimalia” or “amygdalota” (almond shortbreads) are highly recommended treats. Cold cuts are paired with olives from Skiathos, Kalamata and Amfissa, bottarga and fish roe eggs during the period of Lent. Eggs are cooked in various ways, including “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with potatoes, peppers, tomatoes and feta). There are also fresh fruits and homemade jams, local honey, and Greek tahini with honey, which appeals to those following a healthy diet.

The Greek style buffet at the hotel is based on traditional recipes and pure local products.
The hotel has its own olive grove and the owners select edible olives and produce excellent quality olive oil. They pick fresh fruits from the garden and make jams and spoon sweets. Fresh vegetables are also produced in the garden (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplants, zucchini, herbs etc.) There are also chickens whose eggs are used, covering 50% of the hotel needs.
Guests will find coffees and teas, fresh cow’s milk, village style bread, butter, homemade jams, local honey, a selection of compotes, fruit salad and “ryzogalo” (rice pudding). The fresh eggs (boiled, fried, omelet) are paired with village style sausage and a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, (like the local “galotyri”). There is also yoghurt, walnuts, plums, fresh tomatoes, olives from the estate, a selection of homemade pies such as sweet pumpkin pie and cheese pie. The homemade sweets include cakes, bread with raisins, apple pie, walnut pie and traditional spoon sweets and various cookies.

Breakfast at the Kentrikon Boutique Hotel is based on traditional local products served on a rich breakfast buffet. There is freshly baked bread, homemade jams for all tastes, traditional cheese bread and olive bread, freshly baked biscuits, “mother’s” cake, local spoon sweets, homemade pizza, fresh fruits and freshly baked baguettes. Furthermore, the “loukoumades” (honey dumplings) and “tiganites” (pancakes) are pleasant surprises which, combined with the local honey, will satisfy the most demanding guests. The traditional pies steal the show: milk pie, apple pie, pie with greens, cheese pie, spinach pie and pumpkin pie -are all baked at the hotel, with products from the land of Pelion.

The Greek breakfast has coffee, fresh milk, tea and freshly squeezed orange juice. Bread, toasts, biscuits, bread sticks, strawberry and apricot jams, are served every day.
There is also yoghurt with local honey and boiled eggs. Guests should try the homemade cake and the cheese pies. The breakfast is complete with a platter of white and yellow cheese, cold cuts and olives.

In an elegantly decorated area, you are invited to taste Greek products and recipes that adorn Greek cuisine. Variety of breads and pastries, jams, handmade pies, cakes, spoon sweets, Greek cheeses, cold cuts, hot and cold drinks, refreshing juices and fresh fruit.

Traditional Greek recipes are prepared daily by the hotel’s experienced cooks and pastry chefs, offering a wide selection of buns, rusks, cakes and pies. The variety of cheeses is equally rich and includes traditional cheeses from Thessaly and other dairy products, such as yogurt, combined harmoniously with pure honey, traditional spoon sweets and fruits. Guest may also enjoy a variety of egg preparations, bread and other pastries, olives and virgin olive oil.

The rich Greek breakfast buffet is based on high quality ingredients supplied by local producers. The buffet features two types of bread from the village bakery, homemade cakes, chocolate and cinnamon cookies, jams, and honey from a local producer. Dairies include “Matis” semi-hard cheese produced locally, butter, yoghurt and fresh milk from a local factory. Also served: cold cuts, fresh eggs, olives from Kalamata, fruit salad, vegetables, fresh fruits and juices. Guests may start their day with the characteristic smell of Greek coffee.

Breakfast includes local products and fruits from the owners’ estate. Organic fruits and jams are paired with yoghurt. Herbal beverages from blueberries and linden, butter, gruyere and feta cheese, as well as cold cuts and hot olive bread, are also found on the buffet. In the winter, hot “trahanas” soup with toasted bread is offered. The “spetsofai” with local sausages, the baked omelet with organic vegetables and local sausage, the baked mushrooms and the Greek village-style pizza are worth tasting! Cretan rusks, “twisted” handmade pies with cheese or spinach, tarts with handmade jams, “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), pies with pears, apple, milk, walnuts, banana dessert with chocolate, are some of the sweet delicacies. Fresh orange juice, homemade biscuits with fresh jam, soft biscuits with brown sugar, thyme honey and dark chocolate, local milk from Thessaly and local thyme honey will acquaint guests with the products of Pelion.

Breakfast at the Hovolo Hotel Apartments is buffet style and includes many local products and specialties. Guests will find two types of bread (wholewheat and white), butter, honey, jams, ham and cheese, boiled and fried eggs, omelettes and traditional “fouskopites” (pies). Fruit salad and compote is also served, as well as a handmade dessert, such as cake or a cream-based sweet. Guests will find olives, tomatoes, cucumber and fresh pie (e.g. cheese pie). The buffet is complete with milk, juices and various beverages (tea, coffee).

The Greek breakfast at the Ikion Eco is prepared with attention to every little detail. There is freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade lemonade as well as all kinds of coffee and beverages. Guests will also find village style or whole wheat bread, homemade organic jams, homemade cake, apple pie, “tiganites” (pancakes with honey and dried nuts), cheese pie and pie with greens with handmade phyllo, milk pie with fresh milk, and spoon sweets with fruits from the trees of the garden. The local eggs are served boiled, fried or omelettes. There is also fresh milk or strained yoghurt from Thessaly, fruit salad “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) with fresh goat’s milk.

The breakfast at Hotel Helena has a strong taste of tradition. Amongst the Greek specialities served, one should try “trahanas” (traditional pasta) with milk from Olympus, cold cuts and village style sausages from Karditsa, yoghurt, feta and “nivato” cheese from Elassona and “kasseri” cheese from Trikala. There are also apples from Agia and chestnuts from Kissavos, halvas (traditional sweet) from Farsala as well as tahini-based halvas. Other sweet treats include “loukoumi” (Turkish delight), “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), “tiganites” (pancakes with honey and walnuts), spoon sweets, dried nuts and traditional pies. All products and recipes originate from the land of Thessaly and reflect the gastronomic tradition of the region.
