The Panorama hotel offers a wide selection of traditional dishes made with local products. There is village style bread, fruits, local strained yoghurt and honey, sun dried tomatoes, cake, “trahanas” (traditional pasta) soup and pies, such as spinach pie and cheese pie. Eggs are cooked in various styles like Greek-style fried eggs with tomato, feta, olive and oregano. There are cold cuts and cheeses such as “kefalotyri” and “feta” from local producers. Guests will also find “tiganites” (pancakes) with honey and cinnamon and home made jams. As for vegetables, there is tomato and cucumber. Finally, for a perfect ending, there is “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), juices, tea and herbal infusions, fresh milk and Greek coffee.

A Greek buffet style breakfast with local delicacies includes fresh bread from the local bakery, fruits and vegetables from the garden and local olives. Greek strained yoghurt, local eggs and the famous cheese pie of Skopelos are also served. The local honey and homemade jams, made with fruits from the garden, are highly recommended.

Breakfast is exclusively made with fresh Greek products prepared by the landlady. In winter, a “trahanas” soup or a creamy yellow pumpkin soup is the perfect starter. The “trahanas” is made with wheat and goat’s milk and the organic pumpkins grow in the hotel estate. In summer, breakfast starts with tomato soup. The jams are prepared by the landlady with fresh fruits. There are bread rolls and a Greek version of croissants made with fresh Corfu type butter and Zea flour. Recommended is the “tsoureki” (sweet bread), the “loukoumades” (honey dumplings) and the “tiganokouloures” (fried buns with feta). The handmade phyllo is used to make cheese pies, pepper pies, pies with olives, zucchini pies, spinach pies, pies with wild green, pies with leeks and pies with feta. Recommended are the small dough nests filled with “kasseri” cheese and ham. The fresh milk, butter, Greek cheeses and cold cuts complement breakfast. Desserts include chocolate creams and lemon scented “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), fruit cakes, “pasta flora” jam tart, milk, orange or walnut pies and spoon sweets, to name but a few. The fresh fruit juices are made upon request.

The Greek breakfast buffet served at Ntina Hotel includes various types of fresh bread from the neighborhood bakery, homemade traditional pies, homemade jams, local honey, yoghurt and milk from Trikki, the local dairy company, fresh fruits, feta and “kasseri” cheese, eggs and cold cuts, orange juice, mountain tea and Greek coffee.

The Greek breakfast buffet is filled with local fragrances and flavors, like the homemade spoon sweets and jams made locally with pure ingredients. Guests will find handmade dishes with local fruits (orange pie, apple pie and all kinds of cakes). Those who prefer savory flavors will love the traditional pie with wild greens and the omelettes with fresh eggs. There is a selection of fresh fruits and juices, cold cuts and local dairy products.

The Montanema serves handmade bread made with flour from wheat that is ground in the nearby old water mill and baked in a wood-burning oven. Fresh village eggs are cooked in various styles. Guests will enjoy fresh, handmade butter, “kasseri” and “kefalograviera” cheeses from Mouzaki and feta cheese traditionally made. The cold cuts are provided by a local charcuterie. There are local jams, honey from the region of Agrafa, “tahini” (sesame paste). Guests should try “kolybari trahanas” (local pasta) in winter, pies such as the local “batzina” pie with zucchini, the local “plastos” pie and pie with greens. Sweet pumpkin pie and milk pie, oats biscuits, homemade cakes and biscuits stand out in the sweets section. Breakfast at Metropol hotel consists of various delicacies such as the “bobota” pie of Thessaly (made with corn flour and wild greens), the “batzina” pie of Thessaly with zucchinis, as well as a traditional wild greens pie and a feta cheese pie. Eggs are cooked in various ways and are also fruit jams, yoghurt and fresh milk. Vegetarians will appreciate the tomatoes and olives from Kalamata, dried fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice.

The Meteora Hotel serves a wide selection of traditional delicacies with emphasis on Greek products. Guests should taste the honey and spoon sweets (grape) on the breakfast buffet, together with homemade jams, olives and olive oil, herbal infusions, teas and Greek coffee.

The handmade pies (cheese pie of Skopelos, spinach pie, traditional “patsavouropita”, cream or cheese-filled “bougatsa”, Cretan fennel pies, Cretan “kaltsouni” or “lychnarakia” with cream and traditional “lalaggia”. There are also Greek cheeses and cold cuts (“kasseri”, gruyere, “manouri” and smoked “metsovone” cheeses). Dairies include yoghurt, “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), “trahanogalo” (with traditional pasta). Desserts such as semolina pudding (halva) and halva with tahini, milk pie, bread with raisins, traditional “haimalia” “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), water melon pie and homemade spoon sweets are offered. Nutritious products such as giant beans from Prespes, bulgur, lentils and chickpeas, are cooked with traditional techniques.
