Ο πρωινός μπουφές του ξενοδοχείου Europa παρουσιάζει μια πληθώρα ελληνικών εδεσμάτων.

Από αρτοσκευάσματα προσφέρονται διάφορα είδη ψωμιού και πολλά ακόμη αρτοσκευάσματα (κριτσίνια, παξιμάδια, ελαιόψωμα, τυρόψωμα, σταφιδόψωμα κλπ), δημητριακά, ποικιλία τυριών (όπως φέτα Ολυμπίας και γραβιέρα ΠΟΠ Αμφιλοχίας ή Τριπόλεως) και αλλαντικών (ξεχωρίζει το παραδοσιακό χειροποίητο λουκάνικο Πύργου), γιαούρτι, ελιές και ελαιόλαδο, παραδοσιακό μέλι Ολυμπίας, διάφορες παρασκευές αυγών κ.ά.

Οι επισκέπτες αξίζει να δοκιμάσουν τις γλυκές νοστιμιές, όλες φτιαγμένες με ελαιόλαδο και φυτική μαργαρίνη, όπως παραδοσιακός χαλβάς, κέικ διαφόρων γεύσεων, μπουγάτσα Θεσσαλονίκης με κρέμα, τηγανίτες με μέλι ή πετιμέζι, λουκουμάδες που παρασκευάζονται μπροστά στον πελάτη, χειροποίητες μαρμελάδες του ξενοδοχείου και χειροποίητα γλυκά του κουταλιού, φρέσκα φρούτα κλπ.

Επιπλέον, κανείς δε μπορεί να παραλείψει τις αλμυρές πίτες, όπως η σπανακόπιτα, η τυρόπιτα με παραδοσιακό χειροποίητο φύλλο και τα κιχί Κοζάνης (στριφτόπιτες τυριών και χορταρικών).

Τέλος, μπορεί κάποιος να απολαύσει ροφήματα, όπως τσάι του βουνού, χαμομήλι και ελληνικό καφέ στη χόβολη, φρέσκο χυμό πορτοκαλιού, αλλά και χυμούς άλλων φρούτων.

Breakfast is based on local traditional ingredients and local recipes. A variety of breads is available daily, as well as Cretan rusks, “kavroumadakia” (cookies) and handmade cookies with almond or chocolate, crunchy and freshly baked. There are jams from fresh strawberries or cherries and local spoon sweets, fresh fruits, and also dried fruits. Milk and yoghurt is also offered. A wide variety of cheeses like gruyere, “kefalograviera”, “kefalotyri”, sweet or sour “myzithra” is available. Guests should try the traditional “skaltsounia” with cheese or spinach, pies with fennel and the famous pies of Sfakia. Local eggs are the base for delicious omelettes (with “apaki” salted pork, tomato and feta) or “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomato and veggies). Traditional sweets feature “loukoumades” (dumplings with honey), “tiganites” (pancakes), semolina pudding (halva), “bougatsa” pie, fresh cakes, local organic dried nuts (almonds, walnuts) and raisins. As for hot beverages, the Cretan herbal teas take center stage (“diktamo”, “malotira”, sage, chamomile). “Kanelada” (with cinnamon) is served as a refreshment. There is also tea and various coffees.

The rich Greek breakfast buffet at the Erytha welcomes guests whit a glass of “soumada”, a sweet beverage made from almonds. There are also traditional thin “tiganites” (pancakes) with “myzithra” cheese and honey of Chios. Another traditional delicacy is “pontikes”, which resembles French toasts. Traditional pies with wild greens and feta, rusks with “kopanisti” (spicy white cheese) and green olives are also available. Guests will also find “masourakia” and “flogeres” made with phyllo crust and filled with almonds. Cool yoghurt is paired with spoon sweet, next to “moustalevria” (grape must) and hot “loukoumades” (honey dumplings). Last but not least, there are sweet mastic biscuits to dip in fragrant Greek coffee or even mastic flavored coffee, brewed the traditional way.

Breakfast at the Enodia Hotel includes a wide selection of Greek dishes. Guests will find a variety of breads, various homemade jams, spoon sweets, homemade sweets and thyme honey. There is also peach compote, yoghurt, boiled and fried eggs, omelet, cold cuts, yellow cheese and feta cheese. A selection of pies and salads are prepared daily, fresh vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers are offered, paired with Kalamata olives and fruits of the season. Guests should try the bruschetta with feta cheese and olives, the handmade tarts and the mini cheese pies.
The sweets at the Enodia Hotel are all homemade. Chocolate and vanilla cakes, orange pie, “ravani” (syrupy semolina cake), apple pie, apple tart, pear tart, “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) and semolina pudding (halva) are some of the sweet treats offered. As for beverages there is a selection of coffee, tea and juices.

A breakfast buffet is served daily with carefully selected dishes made with fresh ingredients. There is traditional “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomatoes), village style sausages, “anthotyro” cheese, yoghurt, various types of bread and toasts, jams and Greek honey as well as vegetables from all over Greece. In the summer months, breakfast becomes even more Greek with views of the sea, sun and the garden. The unique flavors take guests on a journey to different places in Greece with unique gourmet experiences.

Ο πρωινός μπουφές ολοκληρώνεται με δημητριακά, ξηρούς καρπούς, φρούτα (φρέσκα και αποξηραμένα), ελιές, αλλαντικά Καστοριάς, αυγά, ομελέτες, στραπατσάδα και με τα ξεχωριστά τυροκομικά –γαλακτοκομικά προϊόντα, όπως κεφαλοτύρι και μπάτζος Καστοριάς, φέτα, κασέρι, στραγγιστό γιαούρτι και γάλα Κοζάνης.

The buffet style breakfast at the Elia includes fresh local products such as “myzithra” cheese, “dakos” rusks, homemade cakes, jams and pies, as well as a selection of fresh fruits from the garden and from local farms and groves. Guests can enjoy their breakfast either at the stunning veranda overlooking the sea view or in the verdant gardens. Breakfast is available anytime upon the guests’ request.

The Greek Breakfast at the Elimnion Resort includes various bread products, honey and handmade jams, olives and olive paste, handmade spoon sweets, “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), “tsoureki” (sweet bread), handmade biscuits, yoghurt, “feta”, gruyere and “anthotyro” cheese. Guests should try “tyropitari” (pie with cheese), eggs from the village, dairy cream, “pasteli” (sesame and honey bar), mountain tea, figs and fruits. Guests will also find butter, a selection of cereals, organic products, handmade cakes, cold cuts, various baked products and many more delicacies.

The Elite City Resort serves a rich breakfast with international dishes but also features a corner showcasing the products and recipes of Messinia. Herbal teas, like sage and tea of Taygetos, various coffees (including traditional Greek) and freshly squeezed orange juice, are offered to guests as a greeting. There is also fresh bread, local cheese, such as feta, gruyere, “sfela”, anthotyro and yoghurt. Guests can also taste salted pork from Kalamata, “lalaggia” (traditional sweet of the region), cookies from Mani, oil and barley rusks with freshly grated tomatoes. There is virgin olive oil, olives of Kalamata and dried figs flavored with oregano. Hot dishes include “tiganopsoma” (fritters with cheese) and sausages with orange from Mani. Desserts include fresh Kalamata pasteli made with 100% honey, walnuts and blackcurrants, homemade cookies, homemade jams, honey from Taygetos, apple pie and “loukoumades” (dumplings with honey and grated walnut.)

The large buffet dedicates a special place for its Greek breakfast section, which offers guests traditional Cretan delicacies and other Greek flavors prepared with homegrown products from the garden. The Greek buffet is a great hit with guests, who show their preference for delicacies like the traditional halva from Elounda, “tiganites” (pancakes), “kalitsounia”, “kefalotyri” cheese, eggs with “myzithra” cheese, cream-filled “bougatsa”, walnut pie, “kserotigana” (fritters), local thyme honey and the famous “rakomelo” drink.

Breakfast at the Ekies has many Greek elements and features local products. There is handmade fresh bread, Thessaloniki sesame buns and a selection of cookies and cakes. Fresh fruits, local honey fruit salads, strained yoghurt and buttermilk can be found daily at the breakfast buffet. Guests can also find eggs cooked in many ways, omelettes a la carte, cold cuts and various types of olives. Worth trying is the traditional “bougatsa” pie with cheese or cream, “pasteli” (sesame and honey paste bar) as well as handmade jams. Finally, there is a selection of beverages such as local herbal teas and infusions.

The Greek breakfast buffet offers a vast selection of dishes based on fresh local produce. There are many eggs dishes (fried, omelet with “staka” butter from Crete and sausages from Karditsa, “froutalia”, an omelette originating from Andros with fresh vegetables, or “kagianas”, scrambled eggs with tomato and cheese. Pies include “patsavouropita” with cheese or spinach, bougatsa (cream-filled phyllo pastry), mini “peinirli”, a Greek-style pizza boat with feta and salami from Lefkada, mini pies with “ksinomyzithra” cheese, dumplings with honey and cinnamon or feta cheese and the “batzina”, a traditional pie from Trikala with feta and zucchini. “Trahanas” (cracked wheat) is paired with gruyere from Naxos.
There is also selection of fruits and juices. Bakery products include sesame “koulouri” ring buns and other bread varieties. Dairy selections feature yoghurt and milk, cheeses (feta, kasseri and gruyere). Veggie lovers may opt for tomatoes with Kalamata olives or Greek mountain mushrooms with leek. For dessert there is a selection of cakes, halva jelly from Farsala, grape must cookies (moustokouloura), “melekouni”, a sesame/honey sweet from Rhodes as well as “soumada”, a bitter almond juice. French toasts with yoghurt mousse and petimezi (grape syrup), or rice pudding (ryzogalo) complete a full Greek breakfast.
