The Swiss Home hotel is located between Parikia and Naousa and overlooks the bay of Naousa. The hotel is characterized by a blend of traditional Cycladic architecture and modern, minimal luxury. The Greek breakfast starts with barley rusks, traditional white bread, multi grain black bread (from the traditional bakery), jams (homemade from fresh fruits), local honey, biscuits, various kinds of cookies, multigrain bread sticks and freshly baked cakes. The local eggs are cooked in various ways like “strapatsada” (scrambled with tomato) and various omelettes with vegetables, paired with cherry tomatoes and olives. Various freshly baked pies are served (with greens, cheeses, zucchini). As for cheeses, guests can try “ksinomyzithra”, “kefalograviera” from Paros, “ladotyri”, “manouri” and local feta. Drinks and beverages include orange or grapefruit juice, coffees, tea, Greek coffee and herbal teas (sage, marjoram, mint or verbena), paired with “pasta flora” jam tart made with homemade jams.
