The Olympia is an elegant boutique hotel in the heart of Thessaloniki. The Greek breakfast buffet at the Olympia is based on fresh products, starting with bread varieties and traditional sesame “koulouri” bun. There is also a selection of fresh fruits and orange juice, fresh homemade cake, traditional handmade “bougatsa” with cream or cheese, honey and homemade jams. Guests may choose among feta cheese, a selection of local cold cuts and sausages, strained yoghurt and full milk. There are also eggs (boiled or omelet), Kalamata olives and fresh local tomatoes. Beverages include tea from organic herbs of Olympus, Greek coffee and spoon sweets.
