The Lindos Sun Hotel offers a wide selection of traditional delicacies at its Greek breakfast buffet. There is a variety of breads and bakery items, fresh fruits, juices and fruit salads as well as locally produced vegetables, cheeses and other dairy produce (yoghurt, butter, milk). Guests can also try eggs a la carte, cold cuts and pies, such as cheese pies, traditional pies with greens, spinach pies, chicken pies, onion pies etc. There is also honey and “melekounia” (nuts and honey bar) of Rhodes, jams, spoon sweets, dried nuts and fruits, “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) with cinnamon, orange pie and “revani” (syrupy semolina cake). Beverages include a selection of herbal teas (mint, mountain tea, green tea etc) and Greek coffee.
