The Lindos Imperial serves a rich Greek breakfast featuring a wide selection of traditional dishes and delicacies such as “fanouropitakia” cakes, “tsoureki” (sweet bread), “psimiti” (bun), and various fresh breads. There are also fresh fruits, fruit salad and fresh vegetables, green and black olives and olive oil. The dairy products include cheeses like “manouri”, “anthotyro”, feta and “kasseri” as well as yoghurt, plain or with fruit. There is a variety of egg-based dishes and pies. For dessert, guests will find honey, local “melekouni” (nuts and honey bar), tahini spread, spoon sweets, and organic jams from Greek cooperatives. The beverages selection includes herbal teas and fragrant Greek coffee.
