A breakfast buffet is served every day at the restaurant and features traditional products and handmade delicacies. It includes three types of bread (white, brown, and multi grain), and other bakery products. Guests will also find cereals, linseeds, oats, handmade cereals bars, dried nuts, dried fruits, homemade jams and honey from a local producer. There are cheeses such as feta, “anthotyro”, gruyere and “myzithra”, yoghurt, butter, cold cuts, omelet or “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomato) and boiled or fried eggs. Guests may try the “dakos” rusks, the salads (tomato, cucumber, black eyed beans or lentils, chopped vegetables or olives), and sweet or savory pies (pumpkin pie, cheese pie, pie with fennel, “kaltsounia”, apple pie Chania, pie of Sfakia, walnut pie). Other selections include cakes and cookies, “tiganites” (pancakes), fruits, fresh orange juice, tea (hot or cold), coffees and various herbal beverages.
