Every day, a traditional Greek Breakfast is served with quality fresh ingredients. There is fresh bread, traditional pies (pie with greens, cheese pie, pie with peppers, all made at the hotel kitchen with fresh traditional local products). Freshly baked bruschetta with feta and tomato sprinkled with the aromatic oregano of Pelion and virgin olive oil alternate daily with delicious cheese bites (fresh dough with feta baked in the hotel oven). Guests will also find a platter of cheeses and cold cuts as well as eggs (omelet, fried, “strapatsada” (scrambled with tomato) – that alternate daily. The desserts corner features handmade orange and chocolate cakes, as well as traditional sweet pies such as orange pie, walnut pie, apple pie and milk pie, sweet yoghurt mousse, from local yoghurt, sprinkled with walnuts, cheese cake with sour cherries. There are also homemade jams, thyme honey and traditional yoghurt, fresh fruit juice, milk, herbal beverages and Greek coffee.
