The Boudari hotel on Paros is set in a prime location on the sandy beach of Boudari between Dryos and Chrysi Akti, and promises unforgettable holidays by the sea. The free range eggs are cooked in various ways -fried, boiled and “strapatsada” (scrambled with fresh tomato). Desserts like “loukoumades” (honey dumplings with cinnamon) and semolina pudding (halva) are paired with coffee and tea.
