The Aurora Hotel is situated in the unique location of Aghios Ioannis Peristeron in Corfu. A rich breakfast buffet is served at the Aurora with Greek handmade products. There are two types of fresh bread from the local bakery. Fresh fruit such as apples, oranges, melon and water melon (when in season) are also offered. Guests will find strained yoghurt, butter, ham, yellow cheese, jams, handmade spoon sweets, honey, fresh milk, boiled eggs, handmade cakes, coffee, natural orange juice, black tea, chamomile, as well as Greek coffee. Hot dishes include a “twisted” Macedonian style spinach pie, “loukoumades” (dumplings with chocolate or honey), and omelettes, plain or with sausages.
