The Greek breakfast buffet includes many traditional local products. Guests will find various breads and jams, dried fruits and nuts. As for cheese products there is fresh “myzithra” and traditional “kasseri”, as well as strained yoghurt. Guests will find cold cuts and village style sausages with mushrooms in sauce. There are olives from Chalkidiki, Greek salad or sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, fresh fruits and compotes. Guests should not miss the traditional scrambled eggs “strapatsada” style with spinach, fried eggs in sauce as well as various pies such as spinach pie, pie with leeks, pie with “pastourma”, or with meat. There are also various pastry creations (mini sausage pies, spinach pies, cheese pies, apple pies) and traditional “bougatsa” pie (with cheese or cream). Desserts include apple pie, pumpkin pie, semolina pudding (halva), syrupy semolina cake “ravani””, walnut pie and “galaktoboureko” (with sweet cream). The breakfast buffet is complete with fresh milk, coffee, various teas, handmade cakes, “tsoureki””(sweet bread) and various kinds of cookies.
