The story of Elaion Likno begins in Leptokarya of Trikala, in the area of Voïdoglossa, where the first olive grower of the region was Georgios Kolonas, grandfather of the current olive producer, founder, and owner of the business, Mr. Christos Bellos. Through a long-standing family tradition, the love for olive cultivation and the land itself was passed down from generation to generation, creating strong roots that remain alive to this day.

Growing up alongside his grandfather, Mr. Bellos was introduced to olive cultivation from an early age, learning not only the techniques of production but, above all, the importance of respecting nature and its gifts. From tree planting to harvesting, every stage of the process was built upon traditional values of authenticity, care, and organic cultivation.

With slow but steady steps, the olive groves expanded and flourished, generously offering products of exceptional quality and nutritional value. The harvesting and processing methods continue to follow the same pure and natural practices taught by his grandfather, preserving the philosophy of organic production and authentic Greek taste.

Today, Elaion Likno is actively involved in olive production, offering Kalamon and Amfissa olive varieties, along with products such as extra virgin olive oil, olive paste, sliced olives, and stuffed olives.
