With the belief that Cycladic products are unique and highly sought after due to the region’s exceptional climatic conditions, and inspired by Katerina’s childhood dream, “Parion Dairy” was founded in August 2017, approximately 2 kilometers from Marpissa on the provincial road leading to the Monastery of Saint George.

Every day, with passion and dedication, fresh local Parian milk is collected from carefully selected farms and producers. Within just a few hours of collection, the milk is processed using modern methods to ensure the safety and hygiene of the final products, always with respect for the consumer. At the same time, guided by tradition and focused on quality rather than quantity, the products retain the authentic taste of the past, as no additives or preservatives are used during production.

With respect, care, and genuine enthusiasm, visitors at Parion Dairy can enjoy kefalotyri cheese, fresh mizithra, anthotyro, xinotyri, traditional yogurt, and strained yogurt. The goal is to continue expanding the range of products while always preserving tradition and fully complying with current regulations.
