The Adrina Resort & Spa is a deluxe hotel in Panormos, Skopelos, built on a verdant slope that leads to the “almost private” beach of Adrina. Its double and triple rooms, as well as the villas, welcome guests in a most hospitable way. Luxurious accommodation, relaxation and tranquility comprise the hotel’s philosophy. The hotel features several restaurants, spa, beach bar, sea water swimming pool, playground, and two meeting rooms.
The Greek breakfast is served in a restaurant with panoramic sea views. Guests will find handmade treats, such as the traditional sweet and savory pies of Skopelos (with sweet cream and local cheese respectively), various breads, cinnamon bread, focaccia (with olives, tomato and feta cheese), apple pie, “patsavouropita” pie and “pasta flora” jam tart. There is fresh bread (white, multigrain and whole wheat), olives, village style sausages and cold cuts. Cheese products such as yellow cheese,”kefalotyri”, gruyere, “anthotyros” and feta are served daily. The buffet also serves homemade jams, honey from local producers, boiled eggs, biscuits and strained yoghurt. There are also various fresh fruits and vegetables. Guests may choose the ingredients for their omelettes. As for beverages there is milk, Greek coffee, teas and juices.
