Rice pudding with pine honey of Chalkidiki

2 liters milk
1 cup risotto rice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 small cup pine honey
1 cinnamon stick

Rice pudding with pine honey of Chalkidiki

In a large pot, boil the rice with a little water and drain. Separately boil the milk and add the rice. Let boil until thick. Add the honey and the vanilla.

Pour into bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon.
