The breakfast buffet at Theoxenia Palace hotel offers a variety of fresh juices to start your day. Beverages include many kinds of coffee and tea, as well as fresh milk and water.
An assortment of Greek cheeses such as anthotyro, feta, gruyere from Crete, kasseri, manouri, smoked Metsovone, is paired with a selection of cold cuts (turkey, prosciutto, ham, “syglino” (smoked pork from Mani), to name but a few. The famous Cretan “dakos” rusk is offered with fresh tomatoes and anthotyro cheese. Many fresh breads are available, Greek mushrooms and yoghurt, as well as Kalamata olives, eggs cooked in many ways, like “kagiana” (scambled eggs with cheese and tomato). There is also a choice of traditional pies (cheese, spinach, leek).
Handmade sweets are walnut pie, apple pie, pasta flora jam tart, ryzogalo (rice pudding), Greek panna cotta, loukoumades (honey dumplings), sweet custard “bougatsa” pie, a selection of jams and honey, dried fruits (plums, apricots, figs), fresh fruits, various Greek spoon sweets and compotes.

Breakfast includes village-style bread from the bakery, fresh butter from the region, homemade jams, freshly squeezed orange juice or fruits. There are various local cheeses, local yoghurt and local pork preserved in salt. Guests should try the omelettes made with fresh eggs, or the pies prepared with handmade phyllo. Finally, there are “tiganites” (pancakes) with local honey, homemade apple pie with apples from Tripoli and homemade cake with walnuts from the Gortynia region.

Guests will really enjoy the traditional Greek breakfast at the Theofilos Paradise. The best local ingredients are used to prepare delicious traditional delicacies. Apart from fresh breads and cookies there is a local specialty, “tsatalia”, made with olive oil from Mytilene and flour. The pies of Mytilene with handmade phyllo are filled with fresh ingredients: wild greens, various aromatic herbs, eggs and the local “ladotyri” cheese among others. Worth mentioning is the “sfouggato”, a traditional savory pie with zucchini. Other savory dishes include “strapatsada”, (fresh eggs beaten with grated tomato and feta). There are also other kinds of omelettes and fried eggs, small pies with “myzithra” cheese, “giouzlemedes” (traditional small cheese pies) small sweet or savory crepes and a variety of olives. Desserts include “moustalevria” (grape must) and “ryzogalo” (rice pudding). Other sweets include orange pie, “ravani” (a syrupy semolina-based cake), milk pie, “galaktoboureko” with custard and syrup and the “baklava” with thin phyllo and walnuts. Last but not least, there is yoghurt with fruits, spoon sweets and organic jams.

Το ελληνικό πρωινό του Θεοφανώ art hotel, αποτελείται από φρέσκα προϊόντα της λακωνικής γης, παρασκευάζεται κάθε μέρα στην ανοικτή κουζίνα που βρίσκεται δίπλα στην αίθουσα του πρωινού και σερβίρεται προσωπικά στον κάθε φιλοξενούμενο.

Προσφέρονται σταθερά, ζυμωτό ψωμί από τον φούρνο Καμαρινού στη Μονεμβάσια, μαρμελάδες που παρασκευάζονται είτε από τους ιδιοκτήτες, είτε από τη Χρυσάνθη Τσαγγάρη, η οποία επίσης, προμηθεύει τα αυγά και φτιάχνει λαχταριστά κέικ. Το μέλι προέρχεται από μελίσσια στον Άγ. Ιωάννη, ενώ ο φρέσκος χυμός φτιάχνεται από λακωνικά πορτοκάλια.

Τα τυριά, συνήθως γραβιέρα ή ανθότυρο, προέρχονται από το τυροκομείο Κυριαζάκου στη Συκιά, ενώ οι σπιτικές πίτες προέρχονται από το παραδοσιακό εστιατόριο «Πατρικό», στον Άγ.Ιωάννη. Ακόμα, προσφέρονται, ανάλογα με την περίοδο, σιμιγδαλένιος χαλβάς, γιαούρτι με ντόπια λεμόνια, εποχιακά φρούτα, ελιές, και ντομάτες. Το πρωινό ολοκληρώνεται με διάφορες γεύσεις τσαγιού και καφέ (όπως ο κλασικός ελληνικός).

Breakfast at the Themis Beach features a wide selection of traditional delicacies such as “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomato), various pastries and traditional “bougatsa” pie. Spreads include various jams, honey, and butter and there are also dried fruits, compotes, yoghurt, cakes and biscuits. There are also pickles, cheeses, cold cuts and fresh fruits. Various types of bread and rusks are paired with Greek cheeses, olives. Traditional delicacies feature “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), triangular cheese pies, rolls (with sweet cheeses, spinach, or vegetables), fried “flogeres” (rolls with ham and cheese), and Greek pizza with feta and oregano. There are also salads (Greek salad, green salad, cabbage and carrot, cabbage with olive oil and vinegar). Beverages include various kinds of tea, hot or cold milk and coffee.

Breakfast at the Margi hotel is cooked with excellent -mostly Greek- products. The breakfast buffet is served at the Nilaya restaurant and offers a wide selection of breads, cold cuts, cheeses and hot dishes. Traditional pies such as “bougatsa” filled with custard or cheese and “twisted” spinach pie are offered daily, together with local desserts, such as “ryzogalo” rice pudding, apple pie and Greek yoghurt with honey and walnuts. There is also a wide selection of Greek jams, spoon sweets and fresh seasonal fruits. The juices served are made from Greek fruits and the wide variety of beverages are offered to guests at no extra cost.

In particular, breakfast includes four types of bread, three kinds of cake, cookies and biscuits, as well as many bakery products such “moustokouloura” cookies (with grape must) and rusks, supplied by local producers. The Golden Age of Athens Hotel offers a breakfast buffet which features a Greek corner with delicacies cooked with fresh, traditional products. Guests who are on a special diet will also find gluten free, lactose free products etc. The breakfast buffet has a main selection of dishes, and flavors alternate daily with various pies, sweets, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, vegetables and other delicacies.
