Breakfast at the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa includes a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, cold cuts, traditional homemade Greek delicacies that alternate depending on the day and the season.
In particular, the Greek products include various bakery products such as sesame bun, bread varieties and pies such as cheese pies, spinach pies, “skaltsounia”, cream-filled “bougatsa” pie, apple pie and almond cookies. As for dairy products there is strained yoghurt with homemade jams, fresh “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), buttermilk, cow’s butter, various cheeses such as “kasseri”, gruyere, “manouri”, feta and “pecorino” from Amfilohia. Guests will also enjoy the thyme honey, jams and spoon sweets. There are fresh fruits, fruit salads and natural orange juice as well as vegetables. The eggs are cooked in a variety of ways like “kagiana” (with tomato). The delicious sweets include syrupy semolina cake (“ravani”), walnut pie and baklava. The breakfast buffet also features olives, sun dried tomatoes from Santorini and marinated anchovies from Kilada. Beverages include mountain tea, sage and herbal teas.
