A breakfast buffet with fresh and delicious dishes made with products of Pelion is served daily with stunning views to the Aegean Sea and the nature of Pelion. Guests will find handmade jams, made with fresh fruit of Pelion, honey, “tahini”, cakes, bread sticks, white and whole wheat bread and freshly baked cookies. There is also yoghurt, traditional “trahanas” soup, “avgofetes” (French toast), traditional pies (cheese pie, pie with greens, milk pie, apple pie, zucchini pie, orange pie, walnut pie, all made with local products), “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), spoon sweets of Pelion, semolina pudding (halva) and “kagianas” (scrambled eggs and tomato). A selection of Greek cheeses (among them feta, local “kasseri” and “galotyri”), cold cuts, olives, dried and fresh fruits, fruit juices, fruit salads and local vegetables are served.
