1 glass olive oil
1 glass sugar
1 ½ glass fresh orange juice
½ glass water
1 glass blonde raisins
1 teaspoonful ground cinnamon
½ teaspoonful ground clove
½ kg red farina



We beat lightly the olive oil with the sugar and gradually add the other ingredients. When we add the flour we should make sure we don't knead it too much because the dough will be hard and our sweet not fluffy. We oil a rectangular pan and pour the mixture. We bake for 50 minutes in a pre heated oven at 160 degrees Celsius. We garnish with fine sugar and cinnamon.
